Photos From The Field
Classic squirrel damage. For whatever reason squirrels love to chew on the lead flashing over these plumbing stacks. I probably see this on half the houses I inspect
This is a disaster! Multiple bad connections, wires out of box and exposed, holes not plugged, etc...Probably don't need to have a home inspector tell you something is wrong with this picture!
Sloppy wiring, had #14 wire on 20 amp breakers. This makes the wire the weak point in the system and causes a fire hazard.
PROPER ELECTRICAL WIRING
This is a great example of a properly wired electrical panel.
EVIDENCE OF LEAKING ROOF
This picture shows evidence of a leak in the roof. Note the discoloring and moisture in the roof decking.
TREES ARE GREAT, JUST NOT ON ROOFS
Why did my roof fail prematurely? Try to keep trees from growing out of it!!
Look closely, the middle breaker has three wires going to it. That is against code and is a fire hazard.
The cracked outlet could result in electrical shock!
Forclosures typically result in animal infestation that can lead to a lot of damage.
